In2HR Ltd was formed in 2004 by ex-HR Director Nicki Kempston. Today it specialises in helping businesses by providing easy-to-understand advice to resolve the inevitable employment and employee issues that arise when a company employs staff.

With over 100 clients, ranging in size from just a few to c 100 employees, and in every sector of commerce including manufacturing, engineering, finance, property, training, professional services, waste collection and franchises, the company has a wide spectrum of knowledge through its team of six consultants.
